Professional Experience
At WCM, Chris:
- advises clients on insurance coverage matters;
- prosecutes and defends declaratory judgment actions;
- briefs and argues appeals and,
- assists in the defense of insureds in a wide variety of subject matters ranging from complex commercial transactions to personal injury.
Prior to joining WCM as an associate, Chris defended insureds from professional liability, construction defect, wrongful death, and personal injury claims. He also defended municipalities from a host of constitutional claims including employment discrimination, land use abuse, unequal taxation, false arrest, excessive force, and First Amendment retaliation. In addition to extensive motion practice success, Chris has also won cases on appeal and at trial.
