Professional Experience

At WCM, Nick:

• litigates general liability cases;
• advises clients on insurance coverage matters and fine art and specie disputes; and
• prosecutes and defends declaratory judgment actions.

Prior to joining WCM, Nick defended insureds from personal injury, construction accident, and products liability claims.  He also defended municipalities from constitutional claims, including false arrest and excessive force, and a multitude of general liability actions.  In addition to extensive motion practice, Nick has won cases at trial.
