Employers Allowed To Cut Health Benefits To Retirees Over Age 65
In an attempt to secure employer-sponsored health benefits to retirees under the age of 65, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has declared that employers may eliminate health benefits for retirees once they turn 65.
