Alex Hubschmidt litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability, and trucking accidents.
Alex attended Villanova Charles Widger School of Law, where he was Vice President of the International Law Society. He also worked with the school’s Farmworker’s Legal Aid Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to families in Philadelphia and Chester County. Alex’s work there included appearing in family court for child custody hearings.
Prior to joining WCM, Alex was a judicial summer intern with the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and worked for a personal injury law firm as a legal intern during the school year. He was responsible for drafting motions and complaints involving medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and products liability claims.
