At WCM, Brenna litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims, contract disputes, and trucking accidents. Her work includes all aspects of these cases, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and preparing for trial.
Brenna joined WCM as a law clerk and transitioned to associate after passing the bar. During law school Brenna worked as a legal intern for local legal aid organizations including Philadelphia Legal Assistance and the SeniorLAW Center. During the COVID19 pandemic, Brenna assisted low income Philadelphians in their appeals of unfair denial of unemployment benefits. She also participated in Drexel University’s Community Lawyering Clinic, which provides free legal advocacy to members of Drexel’s neighboring communities.
