Professional Experience
Mark Kindschuh assists in the representation of clients in commercial, property and personal injury disputes and litigation. His work involves all phases of dispute resolution and litigation. He frequently conducts legal research, drafts pretrial motions, manages discovery demands and assists with depositions and other judicial proceedings.
Prior to joining Wade Clark Mulcahy, Mark interned at the in-house legal department of Intercept Pharmaceuticals. At Intercept, he focused primarily on commercial contract negotiation and public securities filings.
Mark also interned at the NATO Office of Legal Affairs, where he focused on international humanitarian and public international law. Mark is a native of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. In addition to his legal career, he serves as a Second Lieutenant in the New York Army National Guard.
