Mason Bailey litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims, contract disputes, fair housing claims, and motor vehicle accidents. His work includes all aspects of these cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for trial.
Mason joined WCM as a law clerk and transitioned to associate upon admission to the bar. During law school, he worked as an intern in several fields, including corporate litigation, copyright and trademark law, and sports and entertainment. He also worked as a clerk for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project in Philadelphia, assisting in the representation of wrongly convicted persons across the state.
