Paige L. Baldwin litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims, contract disputes, and trucking accidents. Her work includes all aspects of these cases, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and preparing for trial.
Paige joined WCM as a law clerk and transitioned to associate after passing the bar. During law school, she worked as a law clerk specifically in issues of child sexual abuse, medical malpractice, and premises liability, providing document review analysis, drafting legal memoranda, and writing briefs. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Paula A. Patrick in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, Paige was committed to serving the community and provided pro bono services for both Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Criminal Records Expungement Clinic.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, Paige worked as an Operations Manager for a start-up consulting firm in the green building and energy efficiency industry. She worked in client management and business acquisitions as well as ensured client compliance with federal and state energy efficiency requirements.
