Fan Sues Yankees Over Steroids, Alleging Fraud

A longtime Yankee fan has brought a claim against the New York Yankees in small claims court. The fan is seeking reimbursement of $221 for tickets to games he attended, comparing the use of steroids and other performance enhancing drugs to consumer fraud. No word on the Yankees’ response.
