Too Few Judges in NJ?

Based upon the recent <a href="http://pdf.wcmlaw.com/pdf/JudgeOrder.pdf">Supreme Court Order</a> assigning judges in New Jersey, <a href="http://www.law.com/jsp/nj/PubArticleNJ.jsp?id=1202608913885&slreturn=20130604212850">it appears that</a> New Jersey’s state court judicial shortfall will continue. <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essex_County,_New_Jersey">Essex</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camden_County,_New_Jersey">Camden</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monmouth_County,_New_Jersey">Monmouth</a> Counties are all down judges – a reality that will make the pace of justice or the civil facsimile that we strive for all the harder to achieve.
