Professional Experience
Justine A. Elias received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, which continues to be ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the premier Trial Advocacy school in the country and one of the top schools in Legal Writing. There, she graduated with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy, before going on to earn her LL.M. in Inter-American Law from the University of Miami School of Law. While writing her thesis in Miami, Justine, quite accidentally, fell into a products liability practice that whet her appetite for personal injury defense. Justine has spent her career successfully defending complex, high-exposure cases, often involving catastrophic injuries resulting from motor vehicle collisions. Having been born in the Northeast, where Wade Clark Mulcahy first developed a distinguished reputation, Justine is pleased to be helping grow its Florida practice.
