Martha Osisek

Martha advises insurers on a wide variety of coverage matters. Her work includes reviewing insurance policies and contracts to determine an insurer’s obligations with regard to defense and indemnification. Martha also assists with the litigation of general liability actions, by conducting investigation and fact analysis, performing legal research, and drafting litigation-related documents.

Martha earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Martha was a representative for the Entertainment Law and Media Society. Martha also participated in Villanova’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship and helped a non-profit restorative justice organization file for 501(c)(3) status. Martha completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.

Prior to joining WCM, Martha interned for the Motion Picture Association, working on copyright and piracy matters. Martha has also externed for a Delaware County Court of Common Pleas judge and a New Jersey employment firm.

In her free time, Martha volunteers at a children’s bereavement center in Radnor, PA, facilitating a small peer support group for kids aged 4-6.
