Professional Experience
Ross litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and labor law cases. He is involved in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution. His work includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting in depositions and mediations, and preparing for trial.
Ross is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. While at law school Ross was an active member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute and regularly participated in mock trial competitions. He also participated in the Prosecution Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal services for the office of the Queens County District Attorney.
As a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney Ross litigated a variety of cases, including felony assaults, high level drug crimes, andvehicular cases. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he routinely took cases to trial when necessary, receiving guilty verdicts on both jury and bench trials.
