Professional Experience
Ryan Hunsicker litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims, contractual disputes, and trucking accidents. He handles claims from inspection up to the time of trial, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, legal research, arbitrations, mediations, and preparing for trial.
During law school Ryan was the Vice President of the Trusts, Estates & Real Estate Law Society, the Treasurer of the Private Practice Law Society, a member of the Drexel Business Law Society, as well as the Accelerated JD Student Organization. He was also a member and student chair of the Drexel University Conduct Board.
Prior to his legal career Ryan was licensed as a Second Mate in the American Merchant Marine. He sailed all over the world and was responsible for the safe navigation of the ship, overseeing crewmembers’ work, and other shipboard duties.
Before joining WCM, Ryan was a fellow at Kline & Specter PC, as well as a law clerk for Greene & Shafle LLC. He also completed pro bono work for the Drexel Estate Planning Clinic and The Mazzoni Center.
