Wade Clark Mulcahy is pleased to announce the opening of its new Florida Office. Leading the West Palm Beach office will be experienced trial attorneys Maria E. Damanieras and Peter R. Restani. 

Damanieras and Restani strengthen the firm’s robust litigation and trial abilities and increase Wade Clark Mulcahy’s geographic presence. With the opening of the Florida Office, the firm is now excited to serve litigation clients in the Sunshine State. The firm’s new office is located at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, Suite 580, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

Damanieras is a Board-Certified Trial attorney by the Florida Bar. She focuses her practice on personal injury and insurance defense litigation, including construction litigation, premises liability, auto liability, products liability, legal malpractice, wrongful death litigation, indemnification, subrogation claims, first-party insurance claims, and medical malpractice. She has successfully obtained many defense verdicts for her clients during her almost twenty years of practice. 

Restani has been a trial lawyer for over 30 years and a partner at his various firms since 1995. He is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Civil Trial attorney and has been awarded Board Certification in civil trial by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated lawyer, a member of the Defense Research Institute Diversity Law Institute, and a fellow of both the Litigation Counsel of America and The American Board of Trial Advocates.

Restani has extensive jury trial experience in state and federal courts. He has tried approximately 150 jury trials to verdict throughout Florida, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance law. In the past 20 years, he has completed approximately 60 jury trials to verdict involving serious injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice, with a winning record that includes 30 defense verdicts.

After graduation, Restani served as a State Prosecutor in Miami. There, he served the community for four years as a trial lawyer prosecuting all types of criminal offenses from misdemeanors to capital felonies.
