Professional Experience
Harris Bresowsky litigates general liability actions, including property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims, contractual disputes, and trucking accidents. He handles claims from inspection up to the time of trial, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, legal research, arbitrations, mediations, and preparing for trial.
Harris graduated from Albany Law School of Union University, where he received a distinct nomination for the role of a Government Law Center Fellow. After law school, Harris was selected as an Excelsior Fellow under Governor Kathy Hochul, working at the New York State Insurance Fund. Following his time as a Fellow, Harris went on to work as a Congressional Aide for the United States House Minority Leader’s Office. Prior to joining WCM, Harris specialized in medical malpractice, general liability, and asbestos litigation.
