Professional Experience

Sri Balijepalle litigates general liability, professional liability, and products liability actions, as well as contractual disputes. She handles claims from inspection up to the time of trial, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, legal research, arbitrations, mediations, settlements, and preparation for trial.


During law school, Sri served as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), the Secretary of the Health Law Society, and a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure at Villanova University Charles Widger School if Law. Further, Sri spent her 3L year as the inaugural member of Villanova’s Intellectual Property Clinic and Advanced Intellectual Property Clinic. She helped with small business owners in their intellectual property needs – including patent, copyright, and trademark matters.


Prior to joining WCM, Sri spent her 2L summer at a large Philadelphia firm as an intern in their patent litigation team. She also externed with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, assisting with environmental permitting, counseling, and litigation during law school. Sri spent several years prior to her legal career working as a pharmaceutical drug researcher for large general and brand pharmaceutical manufacturers in New Jersey, working closely with the FDA and DEA in the production of controlled medication, ensuring their safety and efficacy.
