Steven serves as Of Counsel in WCM’s Long Island office, bringing approximately 40 years of experience in defense litigation and trials throughout all New York State and Federal Courts, including numerous appeals in all four appellate divisions. He represents insurance carriers, their insureds, corporations, and businesses in claims involving premises liability, commercial automobile, products liability, prima facie tort, and business disputes. Steven has earned a strong reputation for his willingness to take cases to verdict, while maintaining a cost-effective and straightforward litigation strategy and seeking logical and amicable resolutions.
