Trevor W. Medina is a Law Clerk in WCM’s New York office, where he assists with insurance defense and civil litigation matters involving personal injury, property damage, premises liability, construction defects, and fraud investigations. His work includes performing legal research, drafting litigation documents, attending depositions, and analyzing issues relevant to the defense of these claims.

Trevor earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. As a law student, he was an active member of the Sports Law Review and selected to participate in Marquette Law School’s Mediation Clinic, where he served as a neutral mediator in civil matters before the Milwaukee County Circuit Court’s Small Claims Division. He also participated in negotiation competitions and represented Marquette in the ABA Regional Negotiation Competition.

 

Prior to joining WCM, Trevor worked as a project attorney, reviewing and analyzing documents for complex litigation matters and assisting with discovery-related issues.
